Arrange a Visit
No web site, prospectus or advertisement can do more than give a superficial impression of a school. To gain a true sense of what The Minster School has to offer, you really need to visit us.
An Open Day can be a good first point of contact but is no substitute for an individual visit. The Headmaster is delighted to welcome parents, talk to them and give them a brief tour of the school. Some parents bring their children but this is a matter of individual preference. Following a successful visit, wegenerally recommend that prospective pupils come for a 'taster' session. Depending upon the age and temperament of the child, this may be a morning or a full day. This allows us to gain an impression of the child and for the child to gain a real insight into the school on a normal working day, meet teachers and make new friends with potential future class mates.
